My friend Carlie is headed on a cruise tomorrow and Katie is still recovering from baby #3.
I'm on my own for the next week!
I'll be thinking of you both as I sweat it out all by my lonesome:)
I figure that the only way to stay on track of my diet and exercise program is to subject myself to the humiliation of being accountable. This will be the journal of my progress until I reach my goal weight. No, I will not be modeling a bikini to show my rapid weight loss, but I will however record all my eating and exercising habits for all to judge, make suggestions, or simply give me constructive criticism:) Wish me luck!!!
