How has the week gone? Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha....laughter continues!
When you think you've got some great goals in mind, you've got your week planned out - family/work schedules, that's when life throws a curve ball. What hasn't gone wrong this week is the appropriate question.
Anyway, I hate dwelling on the yuckies of life and somehow try to find humor in all things - it's there somewhere.
One thing NOT humorous is how badly stress takes a toll on my body. In stressful times, my husband loses pounds, like 10 - 15! How is it that my body seems to find his lost pounds and quickly sucks em in. Like I need the extra!!!
Last weeks goals accomplished:
I did manage to get out on my bike...YAY!
No cafe' Rio salad - If only I'd eaten that healthy this week:(

Stretchy pants worn nearly everyday
Double work out happened once this week
Let's hope those stresses disappear and Scot finds his lost pounds and TAKES THEM BACK!
