Wow, what happened to January? Here it is February and I did not hop onto the lose a lot of weight in January trend:(

Yes, I did maintain and actually I'm a few pounds down from Christmas. I've really increased my exercise to sometimes twice a day which is why I didn't gain anything in January. Life is stressful and last month was no exception.

Alex went into treatment, Scot hired a new employee and is talking merger with a company. I have had so many life changing events going on that the stress has been building, making it near impossible to function let alone lose weight.

No more excuses! It's a new month and I am convinced that I can do this in time for a wonderful cruise or vacation on a beach somewhere.
