March 31, 2009

Well, here we are starting April and I've maintained my loss from last year. I keep thinking the weather will warm up and give me that burst of energy to motivate shedding some more pounds. Weather is not looking good for April so I must keep up my exercise. 

I have not been very consistent with my diet. I'll eat perfect for 2-3 days, then eat chocolate and extra carbs for a day or two. It's getting a little old on the yo-yo and to feel better, I've got to break that trend. 

I'm gonna take it 1 day at a time and not give into the "chocolate" temptation as much!
